Registration
Agreement
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of
$50
per participant and coach/advisor is due One Month prior to the
start of the camp.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
For a full refund, less the non-refundable and
non-transferable registration fee, notice of cancellation must be
made in writing and received in the AmeriDance office no later than
14 days prior to the determined camp date. No refunds will be made
for the following: no shows; cancellations less than 14
days prior to the camp start date; and camps interrupted because of
illness, injury, or disciplinary reasons prior to their termination.
Participants and coaches who join camp late or who leave camp early
will not receive partial refunds. All cancellations must be made in
writing. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will be
processed 4-6 weeks after the camp date.
